Accounts Assistant

One of the worlds largest suppliers of sports programming is seeking an Accounts Assistant.
Role and responsibilities:
Assisting in the accounts payable function including processing invoices and creating bacs runs Dealing in multi-currency within a multi-company organisation with over 25 bank accounts Being point of contact for any purchase ledger due diligence and queries Reconciliations on petty cash and credit cards Responsibility for global pay-outs including preparing Foreign tax forms Posting journal entries Dealing with email enquiries in a timely and professional manner Providing excellent customer service Assisting on an ad-hoc basis with any other business during periods This role is perfect for somebody with strong attention to detail and a proactive and positive approach to problem solving. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a number of years' experience within a similar, well-rounded finance role. Multi-currency and multi entity experience is highly desirable.
