Accounts Assistant

We are working closely with a brilliant accountancy group based on the outskirts of Braintree who due to expansion are looking to bring on board a Trainee Accounts Assistant with the eagerness to progress within their practices.
Key Responsibilities: * Preparation of accounts from incomplete records * Preparation of business and personal tax tasks * Preparation of management accounts as required * Working and advising clients in relation to their software.
* Mentoring and reviewing work of junior staff.
* Managing a portfolio of clients Previous Skills & Experience: * Experience within a practice setting (not essential) * Experience of completing financial statements and tax returns.
* Ability to manage a portfolio of clients.
* Drive and passion in offering a fantastic service.
* Excellent communication skills.
