Accounts Assistant Start date - ASAPHours as Accounts Assistant - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pmSalary as Accounts Assistant - £24-26k, depending on previous experienceWe are seeking an Accounts Assistant , to join our client's existing, growing team.
They are happy to see candidates at any stage of their accounts career, from just starting out and wanting to get your foot onto the first rung of the ladder to being more experienced.In this Accounts Assistant role, you will be responsible for some of the day to day Bookkeeping duties for their clients.These Accounts Assistant duties will include: Accounts Payable & Receivable Job Reconciliations Work independantly Bank and credit card reconciliations BACS Payment Runs and sending remittance advices General Administration Tasks The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant role will be competent in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word & Excel, have good administration and organisational skills, the ability to manage time and prioritise work, attention to detail and a good telephone manner.
