Accounts Assistant

Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be working in partnership with our client, a leading professional services firm, to hire an Accounts Assistant.
This role is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to develop their career in the processing of accounting records, preparing bank reconciliations and can work in a fast-paced environment in a client facing setting.
Typical responsibilities: Processing accurate accounting records including cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal ledger Preparing bank reconciliations and arranging bank payments and transfers Meeting all set deadlines provided with the consensus to work independently.
Requirements / Experience: We value diverse experiences and perspectives.
Heres what were looking for in our ideal candidate: Good standard of education with minimum GCSE English and Maths or equivalent Proven current experience in a similar Accounting role Motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients Self-motivated and organised.
