We are a close-knit team in a start-up business and seeking an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks include: Keeping track of payments and invoicing Recording income and expenditure in Sage (proficient use of Sage 50 is essential) Financial forecasting Reviewing staff timesheets Administering invoices Filing HR documentation Tracking staff holidays Organising interviews and preparing documentation for new members of staff Ad-hoc clinical admin tasks Responding to clinic emails and phone calls (professional emails and phone manner is required) Maintaining good relations with customers and business partners Previous accounts and HR experience is essential Skills required: Good levels of literacy and numeracy Exceptional problem-solving skills Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment High levels of organisation Willing to use your own initiative Strong and empathetic communication skills Ability to use Excel proficiently Accounting/HR experience (essential) Experience using Sage 50 Accounts (essential) - 3 years This is a full-time, on-site role.
