We love designing practical and beautiful homes for parks not only in the UK but also across the world.A vacancy has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join us and undertake a variety of tasks in support of the Financial Accounting function.This presents an ideal opportunity for a highly organised individual to join a team of colleagues in this essential role that supports the day-to-day management and reconciliation of Willerby's Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Treasury Functions.Key responsibilities includeAccounts Receivable:• Support with sales invoicing, cash allocation and dealer financing• Work with Credit Control to maintain Willerby debtor's ledger• Assist with the daily processing and recording of cash receipts and paymentsAccounts Payable:• Support to process supplier invoices for payment• Support with supplier payment proposals• Assist with payment allocations• Ad hoc analysis of accounts and support to the wider Finance function as requiredAbout You You will have a good standard of numerical ability and IT skills, specifically in the use of Microsoft Office.You will need to liaise across various business functions in the delivery of your role so you must be comfortable in regular communication with various stakeholders.Ideally, you will have achieved a GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English .You may be interested in exploring a formal financial qualification in the future.What Willerby we can offer youWhile this is a full-time role, the condensed working hours in line with our production schedules mean that you can start your weekend early with a shorter working day on Fridays.You can expect a competitive starting salary and life assurance, 25 days annual leave in addition to public holidays and a 6% employer contribution pension.You'll also be eligible to join a discretionary bonus scheme and have the option to join a private health scheme.As a valued employee, you'll also be entitled to a host of other free benefits available to you and family members throughout the year, from tickets to theme parks and the theatre to drive in cinema experiences.
