Accounts Admin Assistant

REM Services are electrical & mechanical engineers with a specialism in pumping, and serve the facilities maintenance, construction & landfill industries.
We are looking for an Accounts and Administration Assistant to work at our busy Heywood office and help with our increasing workload.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate (competent with Microsoft Office etc) and have a confident telephone manner.
Previous office experience is essential .
You will be responsible for processing engineer job sheets & timesheets, sales invoices, purchase invoices & purchase orders.
You will also maintain an in-house CRM system for which training will be provided, and will carry out any additional administrative duties as may be applicable.
Knowledge of Xero Accounts & Payroll is essential, and you will be working alongside the Office Manager to ensure the accounts department runs smoothly... You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines when necessary.
The job is a part-time position initially and there are good opportunities for career progression.
