Accountant - Professional Services

Pratap Partnership is delighted to partner with a leading Global Professional Services firm, located in Leeds City Centre, to recruit a dedicated finance professional for an impactful role overseeing essential financial processes and controls.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely execution of regular and one-off payments.
Lead and mentor the Assistant Accountant, managing workflow, training, and performance.
Calculate key financial metrics, including profit shares and capital requirements.
Collaborate with HR, providing critical remuneration data and supporting the annual review process.
Partner with FP&A to ensure accurate Profit and Loss reporting.
Prepare comprehensive annual financial statements for individual accounts.
Reconcile capital, interest, and other charges, maintaining precise account records.
Coordinate with banking partners on capital loans, overseeing facility updates, interest charges, and repayments.
Candidate Profile: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with proven experience in financial controls.
Sharp attention to detail, with a track record of enhancing financial integrity.
Strong interpersonal skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
Ideally, experience in leading or managing a team.
