Accountancy Practice - Partner / Director Designate

Due to a recent merger, my client is now looking to appoint a Partner Designate to take control of a large portfolio of clients.
This role will involve Accounts only and would suit candidates who have worked as Client Managers and who enjoy that interface with clients.
Going forward, you will be responsible for establishing a team of Accountants to further develop this portfolio.
Long-term plans could include equity and subsequent Partnership.
