Job summary The postholder will work with Senior Finance Managers, the Assistant Director ofFinance Financial Control, Deputy/Assistant Finance Managers and the Trustsbudget holders/managers to:Contributeto the development and maintenance of systems to facilitate the timely andaccurate processing and recording of the Trusts financial activitiesInvestigatequeries from staff, external customers/suppliers and patients, providingassistance and advice where requiredSupport other finance staff in their duties Main duties of the job Provide day to day routine support tothe Finance TeamLiaisewith organisations providing financial services to LCH to ensure accuracy offinancial information and assist with budget holder queriesInputreceipts into the general ledger in accordance with the monthly timetable,liaising with health centres/clinics as requiredEnsure theaccurate maintenance of financial records by recording all receipts receivedinto the Finance Department prior to input into the general ledger Raise sales orders and support themanagement of the receivables policy and procedure.
Ensure that any queriesraised from customers/patients are dealt with in a timely and professionalmannerProcess payment requests/urgentpayments in a timely and accurate manner, dealing with any queries as requiredPrepare and analyse routineinformation as requiredAssistwith control account reconciliations to ensure they are kept up to dateAssistwith month end and annual accounts process ensuring that proper records aremaintained to support the audit of the accounts by the statutory auditor.
