Account Sales Executive – Technology Services

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in managed services, focusing on hybrid cloud & infrastructure, employee experience and technology services, through decarbonized, automated and AI-enabled solutions.
They are looking to hire x6 Technology Sales Executives to help expand their 'New Logo' sales pipeline within Technology and Team Augmentation Services.
It's a Home Based role with ad hoc client site travel when required and a top end budget of £48-60k + Commission + £5k Car Allowance (Grade level dependant) + Full Benefits (as seen below).
Job in a nutshell: As part of our Technology Sales team, this role provides the unique opportunity to drive growth within the Professional Services market, working with both new and established clients across diverse industries.
With access to a variety of public and private sector enterprises, you'll develop and expand relationships while identifying and capitalizing on fresh opportunities.
Technology Services is a key driver of our global growth, especially in the UK, and you'll have the full support of our technical teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements: Key attributes found in our team that we would like to discuss with you include the below: - Eligible for SC clearance - Staff/Team augmentation services (or Professional/Consultancy services): they need to see proven experience 'selling/putting bodies in to external client projects', anything from 4-40 consultants/contractors onsite - selling these type of services is a must-have requirement - Sales Focus: Proven success in winning professional service opportunities through Account Mng growth & New Logo Business Development and delivering on sales targets.
- Presentations and Negotiations: the ability to lead impactful presentations to senior-level stakeholders and negotiate contracts that meet business goals.
- Leadership: Experience of managing large and complex teams , motivating them to achieve successful outcomes, and adapting to stakeholder needs.
- Commercial Awareness: Experience working in a multinational environment, focusing on delivering positive business outcomes that meet client requirements.
Understands both the NHS and broader sectors (e.g., manufacturing, FSNI).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English, able to communicate at all levels and lead presentations to senior management.
- Accountability: Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and closing new business deals under pressure.
