The role As the Team Manager for AMs you'll be in charge of your own team of Account Managers, with an expectation that you'll be growing that number alongside planning and delivering new ways of working.

What the role will look like: Leading a team of Account Managers (management & coaching).
Being accountable for the retention and growth of your teams existing book: Guiding and motivating your team to hit and exceed targets, bringing energy, enthusiasm and practical advice to ensure the team exceeds targets and contributes to the commercial success of the company.
Monitor and report on team performance: activity, pipeline, forecasts and closed renewals Managing, coaching and growing a team: you will help all levels of the Account Management team to grow professionally and develop new skills.
About you Ideally you will have: 2 years of management experience including onboarding new team members and ideally 5 year AM experience yourself Able to accurately forecast team performance Worked in a relevant company– whether it be B2B SaaS firm, or a company/financial data business Interesting learning more about the role and company?
