Account Manager (Remote) - Medical Communications

BioTalent are seeking an Account Manager for one of our global agency partners.
This rapidly growing global company has a presence in key locations such as Atlanta, New Jersey, and London, the company operates with a flexible, remote model, fostering a close-knit culture through regular team activities and incentives.

Currently, they are looking to strengthen their client service team by adding experienced account managers and senior account managers.
Role : Acts as a pivotal part of the client services team, overseeing daily operations.
Skilled in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and keeping team members informed.
Takes initiative in assigning responsibilities, guiding project deliverables, and owning outcomes.
Goal-oriented, collaborative, and invested in mentoring and developing team members.
Client Engagement : Develops strong client relationships and strives to exceed client expectations.
Responds promptly to client inquiries, proactively managing issues.
Deeply understands client goals and takes charge of next steps.
Ensures all work meets quality and compliance standards, while becoming acquainted with project details.
Contributes to strategic, creative, and digital planning for clients.
Project Oversight : Leads on deliverables, scheduling, and budget management.
Provides operational support, solves issues, and ensures project success.
Chairs meetings, oversees junior team responsibilities, and fosters team growth.
Actively supports junior colleagues' professional development.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Scientific, Creative, and Editorial.
Financial Responsibilities : Manages project budgets and timelines, promptly addressing any issues.
Prepares budgets for standard deliverables and coordinates with suppliers.
Assists with financial reporting and projections each month.
Monitors budgets closely, flags potential variances, and discusses these with clients.
Ensures team members complete timesheets accurately and on time.
