Ideal Candidate: Experience : Either 1-2 years in inside sales (must be pharma/ healthcare) or any technical work experience in pharmaceutical packaging.
Personality : Outgoing, confident, and proactive.
Skills : Agile, accountable, and astute in a meeting setting.
Support : Work with a dedicated sales coordination team for administrative tasks.
Presence : Must be happy to assume a fully onsite based role in Swindon.
