What you'll be doing Put simply, you'll be making sure our client's customers get the most out of their investments.
From helping them overcome challenges to creating roadmaps to help them achieve their goals, to recommending new product lines, customer satisfaction is at the heart of this role.
Oh, and boosting sales to hit targets too.
Your day-to-day might look a little like this: Managing your relationships with customers (you'll have about 75 of them!)
Upselling additional tech Building and following account plans Identifying and combatting customer pain points Consulting with customers so they get the most out of their tech Negotiating contracts Tracking customer activity through CRM systems Preparing sales forecasts A bit about you The main thing they're looking for is a track record of account management in the tech/SaaS space, so someone who is used to hitting and exceeding their targets as well as providing great customer service.
They're also after someone who: Is great at solution selling (specifically MRP/ERP solutions) Doesn't let anything fall through the cracks Understands the wholesale, distribution and manufacturing industries Is savvy with Salesforce or other CRM systems Has experience growing sales in an existing customer base Knows how to produce an accurate sales forecast Want to hear more?
