Role & Responsibilities: Deliver all projects to the highest quality standards, ensuring they stay within budget and consistently exceed client expectations Act as the primary client liaison, cultivating strong relationships through active participation in meetings, updates, and strategic discussions Develop precise client budgets, proactively addressing scope changes both internally and externally Track project recoverability throughout its lifecycle, managing final reconciliations with accuracy Identify potential challenges in program delivery, propose solutions, and seek senior management guidance when necessary Coordinate internal reviews of deliverables, ensuring they meet high standards and require minimal senior-level input before reaching clients Provide oversight and constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering growth and maintaining quality Contribute to strategic plans, proposals, and key documentation that support business objectives Lead and participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new business opportunities and organic growth initiatives Represent clients at meetings and events, including international engagements, ensuring seamless project delivery Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, shaping future projects Stay informed about client industries, competitive landscapes, and relevant scientific or medical developments, offering strategic recommendations when appropriate Mentor and manage junior team members, conducting performance reviews, setting objectives, and guiding career development plans Requirements: Degree (science, preferably life science) A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a medical communications agency High level of drive, motivation, and initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation skills Ability to problem-solve effectively Line management or mentoring experience Awareness of industry guidelines #medcomms #medicalcommunications #medicalwriter #medicaleducation #healthcareadvertising #healthcare #pharma
