About the Role As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring smooth campaign delivery, and providing strategic media solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to work with industry-leading brands and a talented team of professionals to drive success for their clients.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Understand their business goals, challenges, and target audiences to deliver tailored solutions.
Media Planning & Buying: Create strategic, data-driven media plans across various channels, particularly in digital media, while staying updated on the latest market trends.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, including media bookings, artwork coordination, and performance reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Creative Services and Insights to deliver integrated solutions and maximize client value.
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to promote additional services, drive profitability, and contribute to new business pitches.
Media Partnerships: Build strong relationships with media owners to negotiate the best value and stay informed on new opportunities.
What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side marketing role.
Strong knowledge of the UK media landscape, with experience planning and managing integrated campaigns.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
A proactive, organized, and ideas-driven approach to problem-solving.
Passion for arts, culture, or live entertainment is a plus!
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
