Conduct regular check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Develop account plans and strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to provide a seamless customer experience.
Manage contract renewal processes in a timely and efficient fashion Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to proactively address customer needs We are looking for someone who is: Educated to degree level, ideally in a Business, Sales, Marketing or related field A driving licence is required An energetic, strong communicator and relationship builder Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts effectively - you'll be results driven Persuasive and confident, skilled in negotiation and closing deals Passionate about customer success and committed to building lasting relationships A team player, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company at the forefront of innovation, where you can make a real impact and accelerate your career.
