You will be part of a team dedicated to Retail Operations, furniture development, production and installation projects.

The Account Manager will work alongside a team to develop and growing the client account and create new opportunities for both production & retail display.
Where you are based can be flexible, but travel is required to Baldock a minimum of 2 x days a week, possibly to other London locations.
Reporting into the Account Director, you will work closely with cross functional teams to identify, develop and deliver display solutions, while managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders across a variety of projects.
You will be using your experience and knowledge to ask the right questions ensuring synergy across all touch points.
The perfect candidate will have strong production, sales and commercial experience working in a client facing role.
Key Responsibilities Understand & translate clients strategic objectives to internal teams Monitor a variety of projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time Develop clear, comprehensive client briefs with pre-defined objectives, target costs, timelines, and work alongside the project manager Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting Updating and managing critical paths and WIP documents Ensure monthly forecast is kept up to date & invoicing procedures are followed Agree and manage budgets and P&L's Able to attend meetings as required Work with Account Director to identify new business opportunities Drive efficiency & opportunity within the account Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers Knowledge, Skills Experience Confident management of off-site teams Numerate with a strong commercial understanding Strong time management and prioritisation skills Able to work and remain calm under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour Has a high level of production and installation knowledge Is professional, courteous, approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations Knowledge of Microsoft office is essential Sales experience within store fixture or the retail sector is essential.
Track record of successful client development & business conversion with Global brands.
Experience in trouble shooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures Experience in a client facing role is essential Experience in liaising directly with clients Experience of end-to-end campaign and stock management Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators) Previous experience working in essential Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload
