Summary of Role As a Hype Presentations Account Manager, you'll be responsible for making sure our clients get the best service, the best experiences, and the best presentations they've ever seen.
You'll be leading the way in helping them to fall in love with us.

You'll focus on building and nurturing strong client relationships, which enable long and productive partnerships.
You'll develop new business from existing clients, actively find new opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and in budget.

Summary of primary duties and responsibilities of an Account Manager Growing the business · Understand clients' business, and their brands
· Understand, and be familiar with, the stages and processes involved in developing and implementing our solutions
· Sell innovative ideas to clients in a confident and convincing manner
· Be passionate about the creative product
· Produce inspiring creative briefs that results in groundbreaking work
Client servicing · Creating a long-term relationship with your direct clients
· Developing new business with existing clients and/or identifying areas of opportunity to meet revenue targets
· Keeping account of essential client information on the CRM, and a record of all client communication
· Preparing reports on account status and keeping client development plans up to date
· Being the crucial day-to-day contact with the client, serving as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
· Working with the client, creative teams and the schedule to meet agreed project milestones and objectives
· Developing project plans to monitor and track progress and ensuring the project is profitable, managing any changes accordingly
· Taking responsibility for the executional detail of each job especially quality approval, testing, proof reading, approval and client sign off
Financial management · Producing estimates and ensuring they are signed off by your line manager and the client before work proceeds
· Making sure that revenue forecasts are accurate and up to date
· Guaranteeing that the agency works to agreed client budgets
Requirements: · Proven work experience as an Account Manager, ideally in a creative agency environment
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
· Solid experience with CRM software (eg.
Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS PowerPoint and Excel)
· Experience delivering client-focused solutions
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000
