Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team, focusing on in-store retail marketing for a large retail account.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Point of Sale (POS) and print management, with a proven track record of overseeing the successful rollout of printed materials for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process of all printed materials related to each marketing campaign, from concept development to final delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Liaise with external suppliers and vendors to source materials, obtain quotes, and oversee production schedules.
Conduct quality assurance checks on all printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or similar environment, with a focus on in-store retail marketing.
Expertise in Point of Sale (POS) and print management is essential.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality.
Location and Working Arrangements: This role is based in Manchester, UK, with hybrid working arrangements available.
While some onsite presence may be required for meetings and collaboration, flexible remote working options are also available.
