About The Role Job Title: Account Manager Salary: £26,500-28,500 (negotiable depends on experience) Hours: Full-time Location: Manchester (Hybrid) Reporting to: Account Director Start date: ASAP Position Summary We are looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team.
The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth - both personally and professionally.
Someone who isn't afraid to get out of their comfort zone, can adapt quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Alongside our team of marketing experts, you will be helping to tell the stories of some of the biggest brands in the B2B space.
This includes 1-2-1 communication with the CEOs and founders, crafting content for campaigns and managing their overall marketing strategy.
Not only will you be a huge piece of our business, but you'll also play an integral part in our clients' marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities To regularly communicate with our clients to ensure they get the best service possible.
To work with the wider team to develop effective campaigns for our clients.
To have your finger on the pulse with our clients' industries to ensure we are always 10 steps ahead.
To provide monthly insight reports to the Account Director regarding progress across all managed accounts.
Identifying best practices to refine the company's marketing playbook.
To bring your own thoughts and ideas to the table as to how we can improve as a partner and an agency What We Are Looking For Someone with experience working within a marketing agency.
Someone who is self-motivated with a big work ethic and a desire to learn.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
A track record of managing accounts.
A deep understanding of marketing (particularly in the B2B space).
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
A genuine love for storytelling & marketing.
Experience in the agency world.
