Account Manager | Leeds LS12 5XE | Full Time | Monday to Friday | £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience + Bonus + Company Car Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their extremely successful family run business based in New Farnley.
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for driving growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with key account customers and identifying new opportunities that will have a significant positive impact on the business.
They're looking for a self-motivated, proactive and experienced professional who is passionate about sales and excels in a fast-paced environment and has a proven sales/account management track record.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably within a related industry Proven track record of managing multiple key customers and achieving or exceeding sales targets/KPI's Excellent open and clear communication skills to listen, understand, sell, and close deals over the phone.
Strong negotiation skills, with a commercially orientated mindset.
Ability to understand technical products and explain products to customers Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations Proactive approach to outbound sales calls to existing/lapsed/new customers base.
Full UK Driving Licence Positive mindset & Strong Work Ethic Rapport and relationship building What will your role as Account Manager look like?
Building relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing customers Providing support: Resolving any issues and providing solutions to key account customers in a timely manner Deliver high-level service, and identify upsell opportunities Achieve and exceed sales targets with emphasis placed on maintain and developing repeat customer business.
