Account Manager £45,000 - £50,000 Leeds / Manchester / London / Bristol Currently in search of an experienced Account Manager to join one of the UK's leading digital design consultancies supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes to both the public and private sectors.
You'll have experience within business consulting/professional services and be involved with management and development of key client partnerships across the public/private sector whilst maintaining revenue generation and identification of new opportunities.
What you'll be doing as an Account Manager: • Own the creation and approval of project briefs and Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline client needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Secure extensions and renewals for ongoing client projects.
• Support and occasionally lead client meetings and workshops to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with partners to draft SOWs and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the initial point of contact for commercial issues • Maintain accurate client data in systems, including contacts, KPIs, and reporting.
• Take full responsibility for managing key accounts and supporting strategic accounts.
• Help develop and execute account strategies and plans.
Experience you should have as an Account Manager: • 5+ years experience within a similar position ideally within professional services • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting client management and issue resolution.
• High standards in all work, including creating commercial contracts and documentation.
• Self-driven approach to managing deals from proposal through to delivery and renewals.
• Skilled in financial planning and reporting • Proactive in spotting opportunities, risks, and issues, and skilled in supporting solutions.
