Account Manager Head Office Skelmersdale The Role: Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to drive the development of both Seasonal and AllYearRound Business .
The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing partners customers and crossfunctional internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
The position is based primarily in the Skelmersdale office with the opportunity to work from home one day a week and will include occasional UK and European travel.
Key Responsibilities: Lead plan and manage assigned client accounts to achieve business objectives.
Build and sustain strong strategic relationships both internally and externally.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of customers within the Biscuits & Bakery product range.
Ensure the timely and successful of projects meeting the needs of customers and manufacturing partners.
Present sales reports and provide clear communication on the progress of key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and develop growth opportunities by collaborating with the wider team and manufacturing partners.
Manage highpriority requests or escalate issues when necessary.
Negotiate pricing and manage expenditures aligning with strategic budgetary and forecast goals.
Skills/Abilities/Behaviours: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and numerate abilities.
Minimum 2 years of Own Label Account Management experience preferred.
Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
