PV Account Manager | Hybrid - Gloucestershire | up to £35k + OTE commission c. £15k About the Company A rapidly growing company with a strong track record in managing and maintaining rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in their solar PV services.
About the Role Ideal for a results-oriented sales professional to develop and execute a sales strategy for a preventative maintenance, panel cleaning, and other services for rooftop solar installations.
Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, customer targeting, and deal closing.
Manage and develop a small sales team, ensuring a positive and productive team culture.
Develop and implement sales strategies, including product and pricing optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
About you Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets Strong leadership and team management skills Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the solar PV industry is advantageous Benefits Competitive salary plus commission package (OTE is around £15k per annum).
