The Opportunity: Account Manager As a pivotal part of the Account Management team, the Account Manager role blends strategic consultation, project leadership, and cross-functional coordination to build enduring client relationships and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Acting as brand custodians, the Account Management team partners closely with clients to deeply understand and champion their brand, leveraging the agencys full range of services to achieve results aligned with the client's goals.
Key Responsibilities: The ideal Account Manager will have 2-3 years of agency experience working with high-profile brands and demonstrate strengths in both strategy and creativity.
Your role will involve: Building trust-based client relationships grounded in respect and open communication Understanding clients brand ecosystems to guide project outcomes Managing and optimizing stakeholder relationships, internally and externally Coordinating with specialized teams to meticulously scope and execute projects Leading multi-channel brand communications, staying current on trends across social and digital media Ensuring organized project tracking and seamless team collaboration About You: A proactive and adaptable communicator, you bring strong project management skills, a strategic perspective, and a creative mindset.
