Relentless growth means we're looking for an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our global team.
The role: As an Account Manager at Stein IAS your role will be to ensure that the work it takes to delight and amaze our clients, gets done in the most efficient way possible.
You will understand the individual deliverables that make-up any project, and how many hours of each type of practitioner it takes to produce them.
You will make sure their output is of award-winning standard, meeting the needs of the project, and the client, first time, every time.
For each project you control, you will own strong day-to-day client relationship management, ensuring our clients work with and to our values.
You will apply rigorous commercial management procedures.
You will be a master of both MS Office and our Paprika accounting software, making sure every dollar and every minute is accounted for, on every job.
You will feel part of a crew, both as a member of the account services team, and as part the wider Stein IAS team.
