Account Manager

Were looking for an enthusiastic, conscientious Account Manager with great people skills, who is keen to build a career in a friendly, fun and dynamic agency.
Someone who is fundamentally passionate about client services and delivering a high standard of work, and itching with curiosity about how client businesses (and agencies) grow.
The ideal will candidate will have experience in performance marketing or paid media.
You need to have the right character, diligence and can-do approach to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
You dont need to know everything from the start, but you do have to be motivated to learn and develop as an account handler.
You will also need to be confident to lead with minimal support on up to medium-sized Performance marketing and CRM projects and be responsive to client requests.
You will be the source of truth for agency and clients when it comes to internal and external meeting preparation, note taking, actions to follow up and resource management, supporting both teams to ensure were always looking ahead.
You will also work with line managers to support in building project plans, booking creative resource and managing budgets.
You will be the go-to point across each project you manage, this will include: taking briefs from the client and managing their expectations; organising kick offs internally; writing the brief; briefing the Creative department or Paid Media (Performance / Social) team; ensuring all departments are managed and kept in the loop; delivering the campaign on time and on budget and retaining the clients innate trust in you.
You will also work closely with our clients third parties to deliver campaigns where needed.
Requirements Project Scoping a proven track record in scoping campaigns, ensuring creation of accurate resource plans, project schedules and price quotes, with clarity about what is and isnt included in the scope.
An Eye for Detail - always ensuring an excellent standard of delivery from the agency.
Strong Communication Skills - youll be a calm, clear and confident communicator - youll hold the specific delivery knowledge and will be the go-to person of your team to make things happen.
Youll also be an active listener and problem-solver with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams, clients, and partners.
Positive Attitude - A can-do / go-getter attitude and with an ability to make things happen.
Aquick, self-motivated learner youre genuinely interested in getting under the skin of clients businesses, audiences and challenges and the different tools we as an agency can bring to bear on these.
Highest level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise (and clearly communicate around) multiple tasks from different stakeholders Experience working on CRM across multiple channels.
Telecommunications experience is beneficial, but not essential.
