The Role: Senior Account Manager We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with business proficiency in German to manage a number of existing high-value accounts in the German market.
The focus will be on building relationships with C-Level executives and transitioning clients from perpetual licenses to subscription-based SaaS bundles.
You will drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to support revenue growth.
This role involves direct engagement with customers, presenting value propositions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
It combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, working on solutions that address complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Focus: Lead efforts to optimize the overall customer experience, leveraging your language skills, business insights, and sales expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers in the German market.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned accounts, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.

Business Reviews & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer success and future opportunities.
Skills & Competencies: German Business Proficiency: Fluency in business-level German is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients in the German-speaking market.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Align solutions with customer priorities, offering unique perspectives and addressing key business challenges.
Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers by linking business needs to software solutions.
