As they continue to grow, they're looking for someone who can take charge of managing the day-to-day creative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and seamless collaboration across their creative and account management teams.
The Role: As an Account/Senior Account Manager you'll have a positive attitude and join a dynamic team focused on drinks brands.
In this role, you'll manage and deliver creative projects, build strong client relationships, and engage stakeholders while ensuring high-quality brand materials across activation campaigns, packaging, and digital assets.
Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you'll lead the day-to-day management of a key global spirits account and collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional work for clients.
Depending on your level, your remit will vary but look like the below; Responsibilities: Manage new client briefs, cost estimates, and project timelines from initiation to completion.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project needs.
Prepare onboarding documents summarizing client briefs, deliverables, and context for each new project.
Oversee project financials, including budget creation, PO tracking, invoicing, and profitability monitoring via Workflow Max.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on resource scheduling and project updates.
Update internal reports for daily and weekly check-ins, sharing project status and key actions with the agency team.
Support the Account Director and Client Services team in project management, ensuring progress and profitability.
Contribute to agency growth by fostering client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting agency marketing efforts.
If in a senior position, collaborate with senior management and supervise a direct report.
Requirements: 3 years minimum experience in creative integrated agencies, managing client briefs and campaigns.
Holds a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or has equivalent experience.
Demonstrates strong communication skills as the primary client contact, ensuring project alignment.
Experienced in budget management, PO tracking, and profitability monitoring with tools like Workflow Max.
Experience working with global clients, particularly within the drinks sector, is highly advantageous.
Have a strong eye for design and a strategic approach to meeting client needs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and maintain high standards in project reporting.
Skilled at coordinating with creative and strategy teams for resource planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with global campaign experience as a plus.
Benefits: Up to £45,000 Remote first approach to working, with offices in Edinburgh and London which you would attend a minimum of 1 day a month.
