Key Responsibilities: Team Collaboration: Supervise and support Trainees and Account Associates in their tasks, ensuring all client needs are met.
Client Management: Manage your client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
Reporting & Compliance: Prepare management accounts, VAT returns, and payment runs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Technology Use: Leverage cloud accounting software like Xero to drive efficiency and provide real-time financial insights.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve services and streamline workflows for clients, enhancing profitability Ideal Candidate Profile: Qualifications: AAT qualification (essential).
