Account Manager

Location: Ford Creative, Unit 7.06 Deco Building, The Paintworks, Bristol, BS4 3EH Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience) Working hours: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 optional WFH   Ford Creative is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative account manager to join our friendly and adaptable team.
In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and precision.
Working closely with our creative team, you will manage projects from inception to completion while maintaining our high-quality standards.
Key responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage client requests, ensuring clarity and timely communication.
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets within creative production processes.
Write, proofread, and edit client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations.
Support the team in planning and executing creative projects.
Managing the studio workflow and scheduling.
Ensure quality control and meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.
Knowledge, skills and experience Essential Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional communication skills with experience managing client relationships.
Strong writing and proofreading abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Understanding of creative production processes.
Project or account management experience within the creative industry.
Desirable Experience in social media management.
Marketing knowledge or experience.
