This role will suit someone who relishes the challenge and work-ownership of growing a part-worked territory, working as part of a team and autonomously, overseeing your own schedule and delivery.Manage and develop long standing client relationships, with an intense focus on exceeding client expectations and driving service delivery.
You will have a hands-on approach to service and deliver value through developing and managing technical projects to solve customer problems.On offer is a world class training program designed to provide the tools and resources for you to be one of the best in your field and take pride in an industry leading safety culture.This role is focused on but not limited to food, beverage, pharma and light manufacturing industries.Main ResponsibilitiesSell the companies products & services to established customers and new prospectsProvide technical support to current customer base and escalate as requiredEmbody safety leadershipGrow the group's revenue targetContribute to colleague's and client's knowledge development using your expertiseAchieves annual sales targetsWork with the District Manager and Corporate Account Managers to establish selling strategyIdentify tactics and penetrate targeted new business opportunitiesEffective daily work management for current and future customersAnalyse customer needs, requirements, and strategic plansRecommend solutions with Company programs.Effective management communication and reportingFull lifecycle sales managementCustomer contract management – agree financial terms, business consultant, achieve customer & company objectivesVerify supplied product and SLAsCustomer focused approachMarket research & analysisAttributes Required: Over 5 years' experience of successful technical sales or field sales support experience in the water treatment or speciality chemical industryChemistry related Degree or A-Levels such as Chemistry, Biology, microbiology etc or Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial EngineeringEffective sales account management skills.Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems would be an advantage.Success of selling value-added products to customers.A willingness to collaborate as part of a technically excellent team and service whilst being valued for your contributionAptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers.Ability to work hands on with samplesSelf-motivated and ability to work and develop under your own initiativeWhat's in it for You?
