Job Purpose: Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, focusing on exceptional relationship building, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor for their MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operations) needs.
Order Management: Seamlessly process sales orders, expediting fulfilment, and proactively addressing any order-related concerns.
Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue.
Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of MRO products and applications to provide consultative support to clients.
Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues via telephone and email.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations to accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, procurement, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills: Account Management Background: A proven track record of success in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
MRO Experience: Previous experience working with MRO products or in an MRO-related environment or a knowledge of the area work be great, but not essential.
Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and foster long-term client partnerships.
Proactive and Sales-Driven: Natural inclination to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and resolve customer challenges effectively.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in order processing and account management.
Computer Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
