If you're a bit of a cycling or triathlon fanatic, happy working with cycling clients and ensuring that they receive really good customer service, then you'll fit right in.
You'll join our friendly commercial team, based in Bath, UK, who are also commercially minded and sales focused.
You'll have a talent for assessing business needs and knowing how to apply the right level of detail to ensure that delivery and reporting is of a great standard. A background in Sales and/or Account Management, with experience of and an interest in the cycling or triathlon industry, would be ideal. Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities - work with the wider commercial and business development teams to develop new opportunities for partnerships and branded content.
Deliver commercial contracts - take responsibility for delivering and implementing the specifics of the commercial contractual terms, alongside our Legal department. Build good client relationships; being their business partner, apply your insight with honesty and openness.
Develop the client relationship to ensure their retention. Understand the client's business - learn the client's business, their goals, challenges and opportunities; understand their business performance; know their market and products in detail; know what success looks like for them; apply this knowledge to solve their problems and projects.
Deliver great service and reporting - use Company tools to provide excellent reporting and analysis of content featuring our brand partners. Collaborate with the wider PSN team - build excellent relationships with the content teams to ensure that they understand the value of working with our partners and our contractual obligations.
Ensure all inputs are clear, complete, correct and timely with key areas of the business kept up to date.
Product delivery and placement - ensure that when content teams need the relevant products, they are supplied.
When our brand partner has new products, you will ensure that our content teams are informed and educated on them.
Systems - utilise the PSN internal systems to efficiently run your brand accounts, keep stakeholders up to date and informed on progress, deliverables, resources needed and financial performance.
Deliver great work for your brands, including monitoring our fans' feedback and engagement, then relaying the highlights to our partners. Skills and Experience: Ideally 3 - 4 years of experience as a Sales or Account Manager.
Experience of generating and managing commercial deals and contracts in the sports or media industry.
Exposure to influencing commercial partners and or team members.

Well developed interpersonal skills: able to build rapport with clients and prospective clients.
Able to be based from our Bath office and able to travel to see clients, as required.
