Your work will be a mix of creative and adaptation projects.
In detail: Take ownership of the project lifecycle from kick-off meetings through to despatch, understanding scope of work and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery Drive seamless communication between all stakeholders to ensure projects can be delivered as efficiently as possible Build & foster cross-functional business relationships (internally & externally) to form trust-worthy bonds and powerful opportunities Demonstrate an understanding of your client's product/market as well as their core values to cement your client relationship Operate as the key client contact not only ensuring all KPIs are met but exceeding their expectations and removing their pain points to provide an exceptional client experience Demonstrate a problem solving attitude and suggest cost effective solutions that meet the need of the client/brief & understanding the value of every project to deliver estimates and complete projects with accuracy and consistency Maintain accurate inputs from client & outputs from production to drive RFT and deliver high quality work, on time Ensure investigations take place in a timely manner to establish root cause and corrective actions Seek out opportunities among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling within the Sun business to maximise the profitability of your account So, if you think you have the skills and attributes outlined above, who wants to join and contribute to a progressive and welcoming team, then this could be the opportunity for you!
