Our client are a leader in business travel management company and are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: - Take full responsability for a portfolio of clients ensuring their travel needs are met.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term internal and external relationships.
- Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimise their travel programs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues proactively.. - Prepare regular reports on account performance, travel spend.
- Assist with contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the company and the client.
Requirements: - Proven experience in client management, account management, or similar roles within corporate travel, hospitality, or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate travel management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Problem-solving and ability to handle complex travel issues with professionalism.
- Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and offer actionable insights to clients.
- Proficiency in using travel management software and related tools.
