The Account Manager will drive business performance and growth within the account.How you will do itPrepare and present sales reports detailing sales, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansionReview and analyse sales performance against plans to determine effectivenessMonitor, prepare and report on marketing communications and sales activityManage and give direction to the marketing and sales departments/teamsCoordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectivesDirect staff, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programmesMeet with key clients to ensure relationships are maintained and developedIdentify and understand client's business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaignsCoordinate liaison between sales and other departmentsDevelop and manage marketing/sales budgetsMaintain effective internal marketing communicationsCompany Director duties, as required, in consultation with the Board of DirectorsWhat we look forA proven track record in salesAbility to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans for the companyExcellent written and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and conceptsEnthusiastic and creativeStrategic planning skillsStrong organisational skillsStrong motivation, leadership and team management skillsAnalytic abilityExperience within the security industry ideally within the utilities spaceIf yes, then we'd love to hear from you!#LI-TL1• Remote: #LI-Hybrid
