They work with some of the most recognized media agencies and brands, offering comprehensive advertising solutions across digital display, mobile, video, CTV, creative solutions and branded content.
Position Overview: As a Sales Account Manager / Client Services Manager, you will be the key liaison for client relationships, managing day-to-day interactions with media agencies and direct brand clients.
You'll ensure seamless campaign delivery while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and maximize revenue.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in the family entertainment media sector and familiarity with COPPA-compliant advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Maintain and grow client relationships with media agencies and direct brands, acting as the main point of contact to ensure campaign objectives are met and exceeded.
Campaign Delivery: Oversee the implementation of ad campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time delivery across digital display, mobile, video, CTV, and creative solutions.
Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand accounts and drive revenue growth.
COPPA Compliance: Leverage your knowledge of COPPA-compliant advertising to deliver safe and effective ad solutions within the kids and family entertainment space.
Networking & Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, building and strengthening relationships within the digital ad network community.
Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in account management or client services within a family entertainment media business or digital ad network.
Experience working with network or independent media agencies, with established relationships and knowledge of key buying contacts within those agencies.
Experience with COPPA-compliant advertising solutions is highly desirable.
Knowledge of digital advertising formats (display, mobile, video, CTV, creative solutions).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with media agencies and brand clients.
