eCOVERS Insurance Broker specialise in commercial insurance covering the motor and non-motor insurance sector, dedicated to providing exceptional service and comprehensive coverage to our clients.
What we would like you to bring: Previous experience in an account handling role within an insurance brokerage.
Must have 2 years + relevant industry experience Commercial Insurance (non - motor) .
· Knowledge in depth of Construction trades and specifics and familiar with: - Contractors Combined - Commercial Combined - Combined Liability - Tradesman - Professional Indemnity · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of motor insurance products, policies, and regulations in the UK will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of the unique demands and UW appetite.
Understanding of Property Insurance markets What you will be doing: · Handle and process insurance policy documentation and renewals.
· Manage customer accounts, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
· Liaise with insurers and underwriters to facilitate policy changes and amendments.
· Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
· Support the sales team with administrative tasks and policy management.
· Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs.
· Provide expert advice on various insurance products.
· Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate and secure competitive quotes.
· Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, explaining terms and conditions clearly.
· Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to provide up-to-date information to clients.
