Customer Service Account Handler Medway Salary: £24k-£28k DOE Monday to Friday (No Weekend Working) 8.30AM-5PM Our client is looking for a Customer Service Account Handler .

As a Customer Service Account Handler , you'll be at the heart of the operations.
Your main responsibility will be to manage service requests from clients, providing a high standard of support and coordinate with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Schedule maintenance, emergency callouts, and remedial visits according to company procedures.
Deliver great customer service, coordinating visits between clients and engineers.
Ensure timely response to all emergency callouts within set KPIs.
Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing queries professionally and efficiently.
Prepare risk assessments and method statements for scheduled maintenance.
Process all necessary paperwork, including worksheets and purchase orders, promptly.
Perform general administrative duties, such as responding to emails and data entry.
Skills required: Strong computer literacy Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Proven customer service experience Experience in a high-pressure, client-facing environment If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking on new challenges daily, this could be the perfect role for you!
