Account Executive With Business Development Skills

Carmenta is growing with a market focus on the UK, Sweden, Germany, France, USA and Spain.
We are now looking for a UK Account Executive with business development skills to join our team in the UK.
Your tasks As the UK market is relatively new, much of the AE's time will initially be spent on business development activities, actively seeking new customers and projects in our core defence and security markets.
You will also develop relationships and business with our existing customers.
You will drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
You will develop customer winning strategies, proposals and contracts.
You will prepare and participate in local defence associations and trade shows.
You will work in an agile environment.
Your profile You have a university degree and are familiar with the defence and software development/IT industries.
You have experience in B2B sales to large companies and enjoy communicating with customers.
You have a confident, positive and entrepreneurial attitude.
You are a team player but also enjoy working on your own.
You are a UK citizen living in the UK.
