Insurance Account Executive - Bury St Edmunds - ARD1014601#AIBWe're on the hunt for an Account Executive Team Leader who will lead teams of Account Executives / Development Executives and be responsible for implementing regional sales and retention strategies.You will be required to motivate, guide and coach a team of Account Executives in order to drive growth through improved retention, cross-sales or new client sales and by doing so contribute to Branch and Regional P&L targets.
You will have overall accountability for the performance of the Account Executives/Development Executives and provide them with development plans, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their role, together with supporting them on more complex client issues.What will you doYou will provide strong, effective leadership of the Account Executive/Development Executive team, providing them with direction and guidance, in order for them to meet their targets, providing support and guidance on client issues as required.Constantly review the market and relevant sectors to understand new opportunities, performance against competitors in the market, identify challenges and threats from external competition and provide the team with clear advice and directionLead and support the team to deliver the best customer outcomes meeting all Consumer Duty requirements whilst working collaboratively with your Branch Director to help achieve financial targets for both your branch, region and the whole GI businessLead on all aspects of risk management, implementing plans which ensure every colleague meets risk and, where applicable, quality assurance requirements ensuring effective monitoring highlighting trends to enable actions and mitigations to be put into placeWork in collaboration with your Branch Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and also promote opportunities for business growth, sharing good practice and ideasWhat are we looking forProven track record of managing teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory frameworkDemonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry specifically placement and insurer relationshipsProven track record of delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth, organically and inorganically.Proven track record of improving business performance, income and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planningSignificant, proven experience of managing a P&L Budget Experience of managing client relationshipsAbility to build and maintain relationships with teams and stakeholders across the business at all levelsPeople management skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring and guiding othersIn return you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh family, with opportunities to earn your annual salary plus a role-based incentive plan and grow your career.
