The Role: As an Account Executive, Paid Search , you'll manage and optimize paid search campaigns, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional performance.
You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to craft innovative strategies and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Support the day-to-day running of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Optimization: Perform daily pacing adjustments and refine campaign performance to meet budgetary and KPI goals.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports, providing actionable insights and weekly updates to clients and internal teams.
Client Satisfaction: Develop trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
Strategy Development: Collaborate on the creation of optimization strategies and execute testing methodologies for paid search campaigns.
Platform Mastery: Build expertise in paid search tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in search marketing to implement best practices.
What You Bring: Experience: At least 12 months (including internships) managing paid search campaigns, ideally within a media agency environment.
Skills: Expertise in creating search media plans, paid activation, optimization, and reporting.
A proactive and self-starter attitude, thriving in dynamic environments.
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid search platforms.
Familiarity with campaign management technologies and data analysis tools.
