Role overview We are looking for an Account Executive to work as part of our Client Services team across different disciplines.
Reporting to a Client Services Account Director, you will support account teams with the delivery of single or multiple service client programmes across a range of accounts.
You will work across a variety of channels, including trade media, paid search, and paid social, as part of global account teams for a number of clients in leading-edge technology sectors.
The location for this role is flexible, with hybrid working options in London, Bath, or Luton, as well as the possibility for you to work entirely remotely in the UK.
As an Account Executive at Publitek, you will: Review material to ensure client ads are approved, free of errors, and meet publisher specifications before set-up and delivery via in-house software or social platforms Set up Paid Social channels and PPC campaigns from the start of the campaign, including optimisation and reporting.
Work with other account executives to monitor ads, raise and resolve any issues immediately and make recommendations for the optimisation of results Manage the collation and delivery of your defined tasks, within the reporting process for your clients Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing Research appropriate paid channels, trade publishers and paid social target audiences based on your knowledge of the industry and the audience Build relationships with key contacts at publishers to facilitate the negotiation of optimum rates for media insertions on behalf of clients Demonstrate our five core values: Welcoming, Present, Curious, Brave, and Expert Develop a thorough understanding of our client's requirements and objectives Contribute to client meetings by taking meeting notes and identifying the follow-up actions for the team Manage delivery timescales and changes related to your defined tasks You will bring: Relevant previous work or internship experience Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite of products A basic understanding of media buying strategies, tactics, and the key advertising metrics Familiarity with PPC and paid social channels Experience establishing communication and engagement with partners Experience balancing multiple tasks in a team environment Proficient written English skills   And in return, Publitek offers: Great compensation package  Flexible working including hybrid/remote working 28 days holiday per year plus 1 special occasion day for your birthday Time off for 'Milestone Moments' and summertime 3@3's (finish at 3pm during July/Aug/Sept on 3 separate days of your choice) Company pension contribution matching up to 5% Life Assurance Medicash healthcare cash plan Opportunities to contribute to pro-bono activity and play an active role in the evolving culture of our business with our Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion council, Fun Committee and other employee-led programmes Other perks such as retail & gym membership discounts, electric vehicle and cycle to work scheme, workplace nursery scheme and more!
