ITG are looking for a strong administrator who can balance multiple priorities working alongside the Dreams Marketing Team, assisting the Account Manager with print requirements as well as project-based work.
The Account Executive will be a member of the ITG business, based on-site at our client's office in High Wycombe in a hybrid capacity, carrying responsibility for customer service delivery and operational excellence.
As our new Account Executive, you will be primarily responsible for the management of store orders, Campaigns and bespoke print production work through ITG's marketing platform, Media Centre.
Your focus will be around providing outstanding customer service and delivering operational excellence.
You'll build and maintain strong relationships with the ITG team on-site, as well as with the client.
Ensuring all processes and systems best practices are adhered to and maintained.
Responsibilities include: Taking accurate information from the Account Manager, formulating full briefs, assisting with production detailed specifications for suppliers Assisting with quotation process by working with supplier and Account Manager directly Store support and handling of all helpline queries Maintaining detailed job history via the use of the management information systems as well as managing of master database Managing client artwork, brief requirements and timings Ensure all relevant parties are briefed and informed of project progress Run and manage projects for campaigns ensuring all deadlines are hit and on time delivery achieved Manage and supply of weekly reports Requirements First and foremost, you should be customer-centric.
