The Role: As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving in-store sales, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer loyalty across your allocated retail partners in your region.
You will have full ownership of your sales performance, focusing on achieving targets, building in-store relationships, and ensuring an excellent retail experience.
Our Account Executive will have/be: A passionate beauty professional with experience in retail and a strong understanding of skincare or beauty products.
Professional Beauty Therapy qualifications are required to level 3.
Proven sales success with a track record of achieving targets, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field managers and in-store teams.
A flexible, resilient, and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel nationally to support any events, and occasionally stay overnight if required.
