Position: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

DevComms is an innovative and forward-thinking stakeholder engagement consultancy dedicated to the built environment sector.
We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our Midlands team, based in Birmingham.

At DevComms, we empower clients, communities and stakeholders to navigate the intricate and often challenging planning and build environment landscape, enabling them to transform places and environments.
We work across all development industry sectors, including R&D, renewable energy, retail, leisure, residential, commercial, and distribution.

We seek an imaginative self-starter passionate about the built environment, local politics, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will thrive on shaping new places and communities through innovative and creative strategies.
While the role allows for remote and flexible working, a minimum of two days per week in our Birmingham office is required.

Conducting political and community research
Creating engaging publicity material for political and community stakeholders
Building relationships with local communities and client teams
Monitoring local media and political activity
Leveraging social media and digital tools in the engagement process
Essential skills and qualities for the role include:
Understanding of local and national politics and ideally the built environment
Full, valid driving licence and access to a car
