Join Us as a D365/Power Platform Account Executive As an Account Executive at Changing Social, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
Your focus will be on identifying and closing new business opportunities, upselling to existing clients, and working closely with our delivery teams to ensure customer success.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and aligning our solutions accordingly.
Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction and identify new opportunities for value delivery.
Sales Strategy and Planning: Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base in the D365 CE and Power Platform markets.
Identify target industries and key accounts, tailoring sales strategies to meet specific client needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring favourable contract terms and pricing.
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final sale, including follow-up and contract closure.
Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively addressing client objections and demonstrating the value of our solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform offerings.
Stay updated on the latest features and developments in these technologies to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
Provide insights to the sales and product teams to refine offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
Monitor and report on competitor activities, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
Required Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or software environment.
Proven track record of success in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, or similar enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, including practical experience with these technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
High level of customer focus and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
Core Competencies: Business Impact: Ability to deliver measurable results through sales activities and to contribute to business growth.
Communication and Influence: Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Problem Solving and Innovation: Ability to identify client challenges and propose innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies.
